He was elected as Alderman, First Ward between 1890 and 1894 in Bloomington, IL, USA. He died in 1897 in Bloomington, IL, USA. J. B. Glen has this as 1895, noted in pencil, with question mark. He served in the military May 1861 - Jan 1862 in Third New York Cavalry.
